Miter Bend Layout is a simple app for generating flat pattern layout markings from a given set of input dimensions. The output is a set of two flat pages, one with the design and the other with the calculations. There is an option to include an optional cutting allowance to better suit your requirements.
The cutting allowance is a dimension that will allow you to cut a specific amount of material from a given dimension. You can select the cutting allowance from the options provided in the app or simply enter an amount manually. The resulting cut may be curved or flat, depending on the dimensions provided. The app also provides an option for setting the width of the design sheet and the calculation sheet.
In addition to cutting dimensions, there are options to set the dimensions of the output pages, to include an optional margin, to add an optional cutting allowance, to set a custom width, and to include the title of the output pages.
The output can be generated as a single page or multiple pages. It is also possible to save the output as a PDF file. The app is compatible with both macOS and Windows operating systems.
